Texas Digest reports that a San Antonio Woman has divorced her Husband, half way through a trial in which he is accused of hiring someone to kill her.

The divorce in Texas, took place in a State Court rather than a District court. The couple agreed to a 50/50 community split of their property which was ordered by the jury.
